HYDROLOGY AND HYDRAULICS

 

AIG is capable of performing analyses using a variety of programs.  Among these programs are those developed by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Hydrologic Engineering Center (HEC).  Numerous flood studies for various Corps of Engineer districts have been conducted, and have been reviewed and accepted by such agencies as the Federal Insurance Administration and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

 

In addition, AIG has the ability to perform computerized hydraulic analyses of pipe networks.  This has been most efficient and effective for solving problems in water distribution systems and for anticipating the results of proposed additions and changes to such systems.
