CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTION

A complete range of services for projects in the construction phase is offered. The projects range from the management of the bidding process to the production of the final “as-built” or record drawings. AIG works with only the highest quality architects, engineers and construction inspectors ensuring the highest level of construction quality and management.

Construction Management will provide compliance of the construction work with government regulations as well as safety management. Assurance of schedule control is provided by regular checking construction progress using the Critical Path Method (CPM) or other time management methods. AIG oversees adherence to schedules by conducting regular meetings and constantly monitoring programs and performance.

Securing and forwarding certificates of insurance provide loss prevention, assuring that proper methods are used in material handling and construction. By maintaining daily inspector reports, correspondence, progress photographs, shop drawings, agendas, and construction records, the number of construction problems and claims are reduced, reducing liability exposure. Quality assurance is guaranteed by strict adherences to the plans and specifications which reflects the careful planning and superb judgment of the design engineers by performing quality control tests, evaluating and recording material sources, samples and test results. Cost control is insured by reviewing contractors’ request for payment, rapidly addressing problems involving additional work or changes to the work and by answering the contract questions quickly, so that the client maintains proper control over the project cost.
