Environmental engineering services have been a part of AIG’s service base since it’s origin. AAROTEC provides conceptual design to detailed engineering design, operations planning and management, environmental studies, assessments and impact statements. Economic considerations such as analyses of alternative processes, economic feasibility and impact, identification and evaluation of socioeconomic factors, and statistical and financial analysis, are included in every project. Also included is regulatory compliance, which includes permit compliance documentation, regulatory liaison, industrial pretreatment standards and support services. Evaluation and recommendation for the promulgation of rules and regulations for either the private or the public sector can be included as well. The environmental review staff participates in public hearings, public consensus building, evaluation of the response to public meetings and involvement documentation on an as needed basis.
